Database Fields

		The database consists of core fields (such as name, address and so on) and user-defined fields which are spread over 13 pages. There are 100 user-defined fields and 5 lists for each type of entry (Company, Contact, Family and Asset), plus the core fields which are as follows:

		Note The Warranty type field should be edited using the Warranties part of Setup, not directly.
		Other fields
		Included in the core fields are Addresses and Contact points (phone, fax, e-mail etc.). The database has the capacity to store up to 10 addresses and 50 contact points for each company, contact etc.
		What can I customise?
		You can change any of the field names and any of their properties, unless they have a  locked symbol next to them.
